There is a loverly &quot;thingy&quot; in scholars where can check actual ranks in skills - using it i can confirm that appraise and use artifact are up one - 
but not two. the other part +8HP and 1% quest xp are working, and the other traists are all working correctly -

information; example, for the Scholar it should tell them to make sure they put Magi Force I on their hot bar and that they can use it freely every 20 seconds.
  Also, that they get a helpful mininon at L3 so their first goal should be surviving to level 3.  Also, some basic information about talking to NPCs and that

area so as to get folks familure with it. Also a great tei in to the servers theme/premise.

Only &quot;flaw&quot; i saw was in D073, where one of the convos says to talk to Bert, but you have to talk to Ernie again instead.

Used it in HOM - Vicious - with precise cut - criticals for double damage as expected

Bleeding cut /w precise cut - is doing base damage - and not critical - currently that is 22 - damage for 4 rounds - critical would be 44 for 4 rnds

			<description><![CDATA[ I have 207 reptile kills but journal still says QS=1.  Possibly I messed things up by talking to Pugar again before getting the count.  When I talked to him I
got the database error message that another toon got after turning in this quest.

			<description><![CDATA[ Was in tin Mine and noticed campfire - - - fought mine beetles - - - - that campfire restoring all my hitpoints every ten minutes or so was a life saver - - -
in the interime i used first aid, some potions of divine remedy i picked up - maces of undeath (vamp 1 extends how long i it takes before i run out of hit
points) - - - i did ogres by killing ogres until i ran out of hit points - that campfire significantly changed my survivability as a scout path. (as a scout
